Very Good

Most things excellent. Very nice staff. Perfect location.

On the first day very noisy (construction work in or around the hotel that you almost couldn't be in the room), but luckily this was just one day. After that the noise level was minimal. Breakfast is meh.

I personally loved my experience in this hotel!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was comfortable, boasting cozy beds and a serene ambiance. The shower was particularly impressive, offering hot water with great pressure.

The pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures.

Breakfast is mediocre at best, location away from the "de luxe " hotel not convenient, not much to like

Coffee with breakfast absolutely has to be served with milk or cream in a de luxe hotel, not just milk powder

Wonderful

Great staff, very nice and helpful. Small pool on the roof was nice to cool off in. Good location near 5th ave.

They have some work going on at the hotel. Water was off in the room several mornings, but then it was fine the rest of the day.

Good location if you want everything to be easily accessible

Great location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily move around the city. The center, the beach, the ferry port were all close to us. The room was a decent size and well maintained by housekeeping during our stay.

We were clearly informed that the breakfast was simple, but we were still disappointed on the first day, so we didn't go again. We did not have a hair dryer in the room and we informed the reception staff about this. Unfortunately, nothing was done.

Excellent location.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was always aware of problems and eager to help or provide solutions in a friendly manner. The room was always kept in good condition, clean and tidy.

The room had several problems with the water, it did not reach the toilet, shower... and it smelled bad. (It did not always happen but it happened on several occasions) As a recommendation it would be good to have water bottles for guests.

The location was perfect, the rooftop terrace was nice. We had a nice Check in with Edwin and he helped us with everything we needed.

The water wasnt working 2 times, took a few hours until it worked again.

Excellent location, great staff

Staff was great. Nice, big clean room. Food places near the hotel so you didn't have to go far to get things to eat. I really enjoyed my stay and I plan to stay here again.

Very nice location with lots to do around

I loved the location of the hotel. It is very conveniently located to the main street in Playa del Carmen , the 5 Avenida. Similar to a Lincoln Road in Miami. There is breakfast included. Front desk was very informative. Make sure you pay for the parking on the street. They will boot you, if you don't.

We didn't have water for extended periods of time in 2 of the 3 days we were there. First day we were out of it for 4 hrs. Staff was very polite and apologized for it but it, and maintenance was already working on it both times I went down to talk to them. On the day we checked out, I requested a later checkout on the house, because again we had no water for a little bit that morning, and front desk allowed me to, which was nice, but wasn't able to guarantee it free of charge. Which is a little annoying. Also, in the middle of the night when it got colder in the room, I was looking for a blanket and there wasn't one in the room. I know what you're thinking, turn the ac off. It's Mexico, there ain't such thing as a pleasant night with the ac off and no fan to replace it. I didn't request one because there are fees (around 100-300 pesos) for extra towels/ pillows etc. The hotel is very well located, which means there is a lot of people around and the Policia is all over the place. They will extort you if you're not "following a rule". It happened to us. Also, keep your money separated. Some in your wallet, some somewhere else.

Good

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and modern. The staff was incredibly helpful and tracked down our bag that we had left at the breakfast.

The hotel lost water completely and we were unable to shower the last morning. The breakfast is several blocks away and was not super easy to find.

My mom and I liked the hotel. We should stay again if we go again soon.

The property was pretty nice, I liked that they had a pool! Also, when they would come clean they would leave the room very nice. The ocean is very close to the hotel as well, a short walk.

The only thing I wished they had were full body mirrors, I had to get on the bed to look at my outfits .

It is the first time I had to pay for an anticipated check in. Normally, when the room is available, the checkin can be done without cost. At this hotel, the room was available, but since I arrived 14:00 I had to pay for anticipated checkin. I left the room 3 hours before the limit checkout time. Following the same logic, I should receive a refund for leaving before.

We had a good and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was simple, but not bad. The location is very good. Very close to the main street Avenida 5.

No free parking available. Had to put coins for a parking ticket several times per day.

Great location.

Location was great and the staff too. no problem with my requests.

Bathroom designs are horrible. if you are traveling with friends, don’t stay here. There is not privacy at the bathroom at all. There is not separation between the bathroom and the beds sections. Beds are too small for tall people. Ac is located at the bathroom and the hotel doesn’t provide blankets or comforter.
